Return Process

In the event that you decide to cancel or return your VisitorLab membership, you may do so by submitting a written request via email to info@visitorlab.com. This email should clearly state your intention to either cancel your active membership or apply for a refund. Upon receipt of your cancellation or refund application, the request will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Once processing is complete, your monthly payment plan will be terminated, thereby preventing any future renewals of your subscription. Consequently, your membership will no longer be considered active, and the recurring monthly fee associated with your plan will be discontinued. No additional charges will be applied beyond the date on which your cancellation or refund request is finalized.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VisitorLab's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

Modifications to Terms

VisitorLab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
